Sparkling full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, barrel aged, 6.7% abv
50% Yarlington Mill blended with a barrel of largely unknown varieties from a beautiful Cornish orchard.
This is a full-bodied cider, wild fermented and aged on the lees.
We get notes of subtle spice, leather and ripe red apples finishing with a crisp acidity. Very moreish.
Losvelyn 2022
Sparkling, full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, 7.5% abv
A delicious sparkling cider, predominantly made from apples we handpicked from an ancient orchard on the Fowey estuary. As always fermented naturally with wild yeast.
We get plum jam on the nose, followed by notes of tart quince, grapefruit zest and sherbet with a lovely slate minerality to finish.
This is a delightful zingy cider - if you love Lambic beer or a dry German Riesling this is for you.
Perfect with rich and savory dishes, like roast meat or miso roasted vegetables.
